§ 1 Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply exclusively. Any changes to these conditions must be agreed to by all parties in writing prior to the commencement of the workshop.

§ 2 liability
The contract is in effect when the organizer confirms participant registration via online electronic or written media. The participant is obliged to immediately pay the fees per paypal or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed to in writting. VAT is included.

§ 3 Cancellation
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The full fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs 28 days or more prior to the event.

Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fees. Should a cancellation be later than seven days before the start of the workshop, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of workshop fee is due. In case of a no show the full workshop fee is due. Additional overdue fines or costs for a solicitor's order for payment will be born completely by the participant. In a case of illness as evidenced by a corresponding certificate we will reimburse the full workshop price.

§ 4 Workshop Cancellation
Should the organizers cancel the workshop event due to organizational or other reasons the workshop fees will be fully reimbursed. Specific additional wishes of the participant will not be considered unless previously agreed to in writing by all parties.

§ 5 Arrival
The arrival and departure to the venue of the workshops is not included.

§ 6 Miscellaneous
The recording of seminars via video or audio recording devices of any kind is not allowed. By submitting an application for registration to our courses, the participant agrees all terms and conditions of zagreb music-workshop (z-mw). Zagreb MusicWorkshop reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there is insufficient registration, or combine any of these workshops on a one date. In cases that a participant is unable to attend an amended date the workshop fee will be completely refunded. The minimum number of participants per workshop is 10 persons.
